Refund policy
The short version: if we can't deliver your ticket, you get all of your money back automatically. For everything else, the airline's fare rules apply — and we show you those before you pay.
If your booking can't be completed
Occasionally a fare sells out or an airline rejects a booking in the moment between your payment and ticketing. When that happens, we refund the full amount you paid — fare, service fee, and any extras — to your original payment method, automatically. There's no form to fill in and nobody to phone. We email you as soon as the refund is issued; depending on your bank it typically appears on your statement within a few business days.
Canceling or changing a ticketed flight
Once a booking is ticketed, changes and cancellations follow the airline's rules for the fare you bought. We show whether a fare is changeable or refundable — and any penalty the airline discloses — before you pay, so there are no surprises later.
To cancel or change, email support@flexibleairlines.com with your booking reference and we'll handle it with the airline. Where the airline owes you a refund, it goes back to your original payment method.
Delays, cancellations by the airline
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you're entitled to whatever the airline's policy and applicable passenger-rights rules provide — usually a rebooking or a refund. Contact us with your booking reference and we'll pursue it with the airline on your behalf.
