What happens if my booking can't be completed?

Accepted Answer

You're refunded automatically and in full to your original payment method — no forms, no waiting on hold. If a fare sells out between payment and ticketing, we email you straight away to confirm the refund is on its way. It typically appears on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel or change my flight?

That depends on the airline's rules for the fare you bought — we show whether a fare is changeable or refundable before you pay. To make a change, email support@flexibleairlines.com with your booking reference and we'll handle it with the airline. Our refund policy explains the details.
